Vendor Alignment

• Products must align with our values: community-minded, ethical, creative, and thoughtfully made.

• We prioritize small businesses, local makers, artists, and mission-driven brands.

• All items must be approved prior to placement.

Rental Terms

• Vendors may choose 1-month, 2-month, or 3-month rental terms.

• Rental fees are due in full before the start of the term.

• Rentals are non-refundable once the term begins.

Product Responsibility

• Vendors are responsible for stocking, pricing, and labeling their products clearly.

• All items must be retail-ready at move-in.

• Food items must be prepackaged and non-perishable.

• Vendors are responsible for replacing sold-out or damaged items as needed during Keith's Store business hours.

Pricing & Sales

• Vendors set their own pricing.

• Prices must remain consistent with the vendor’s other retail channels.

• Sales tax will be incorporated into all vendor sales via Keith's Store.

Setup & Display

• Displays must fit within the rented crate/shelf space and remain tidy.

• No additional fixtures, signage, or materials may be added without approval.

• We reserve the right to adjust displays for safety, flow, or aesthetic consistency.

Inventory & Loss

• While we take care to maintain a safe environment, vendors assume the risk for loss, theft, or damage.

• We recommend vendors carry their own insurance if needed.

Promotion & Community Engagement

• Vendors are encouraged to promote their presence and participate in community events when possible.

• Tagging and collaboration on social media is highly encouraged to support collective growth.

Conduct & Communication

• Vendors must maintain professional, respectful communication.

• Any concerns should be directed to management promptly and constructively.

Term End & Removal

• Vendors are responsible for removing remaining inventory by the agreed-upon end date.

• Items left beyond the term may be donated or disposed of unless prior arrangements are made.

Agreement Acknowledgment

• Participation indicates agreement with all vendor rules and policies.

• We reserve the right to refuse vendor participation or discontinue vendor participation if guidelines are not followed.
