At Whisker Junction, we believe helping animals takes a community.
Through partnerships with local animal rescues and organizations, we are creating more opportunities to advocate for animals, support their care, connect them with resources, and ultimately help them find the right path forward.
Our Rescue Partnership Program brings rescues, volunteers, fosters, and the community together at Keith’s Store and throughout the Wake Forest area.
Our Rescue Partners
Paws For Life NC is a foster-based, volunteer-run rescue serving communities throughout Northern Wake and surrounding areas. Their work provides dogs and cats with the care, foster homes, medical support, and second chances they need while they wait for their forever families. Whisker Junction is proud to partner with Paws For Life NC to help bring rescue animals and our community together through adoption opportunities, events, and ongoing support.
Blazin Trails Bottle Babies is dedicated to helping vulnerable young animals, including bottle-fed babies who need specialized care, nurturing, and a safe place to grow. Whisker Junction is proud to support Blazin Trails Bottle Babies by helping bring their animals and their mission into our community. Through adoption events, community support, and fundraising opportunities, we can help give these little ones the care and attention they need as they grow toward their forever homes.
Mia's Mafia is dedicated to helping cats and kittens in need throughout the Raleigh area. Their work gives cats opportunities for veterinary care, foster placement, and adoption into loving homes. Our partnership with Mia's Mafia allows Whisker Junction to help shine a bigger spotlight on cats who need families while creating opportunities for our community to meet, support, and adopt rescue animals.
Pawfect Match Rescue and Rehabilitation is dedicated to giving dogs a second chance. Their approach focuses on understanding each dog as an individual and helping create the right match between the dog and their future family. Whisker Junction is excited to partner with Pawfect Match to help connect adoptable dogs with our community through adoption events and other opportunities to support rescue.
