IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to volunteer with Whisker Junction, and for other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the UNDERSIGNED:
HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE Whisker Junction, its officers and directors, and its volunteers (hereinafter referred to as “Releasees”) from all liability to the undersigned, his personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claims or demands which may be asserted on account of any injury or property damage (1) caused by a pet in the Whisker Junction program; (2) sustained while at a Whisker Junction facility; or (3) sustained while attending a Whisker Junction event, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.
HEREBY EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES that he/she is assuming any risk of injury or property damage (1) caused by a pet in the Whisker Junction program; (2) sustained while at a Whisker Junction facility; or (3) sustained while attending a Whisker Junction event, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.
THE UNDERSIGNED HAS READ AND VOLUNTARILY SIGNS THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY.
